With over 15 years of experience in mental, behavioral, and medical settings, I’ve supported clients across a wide range of concerns.
Together, we ease depression and anxiety, find peace after loss, improve focus with ADHD, manage chronic illness, and strengthen relationships. I offer understanding, hope, and mindfulness-based grounding strategies to help you feel more centered, resilient, and in control of your life.
I help clients explore what feels “broken” in their lives and relationships through a family systems and mind–body lens. Together we uncover patterns that cause stress and disconnection, then apply CBT, DBT, somatic, and narrative therapy tools to heal and grow. My goal is to strengthen resilience, restore balance, and create meaningful change.
I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can slow down, reconnect, and listen to their inner experiences with compassion.
