Session Rates

Individual Sessions: $150 per session

Couples Sessions: $225 per session


Insurance & Billing

Our billing team submits insurance claims on your behalf.
A credit card is required to be kept on file for copays, session fees, and any applicable charges for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

With over 15 years of experience in behavioral health and medical social work, I bring a compassionate, practical approach to therapy that honors both mind and body. I believe healing begins with understanding yourself, not judging yourself.
